Christopher Linger and Maricela Soberanes are principals at Up Plex. They are accredited Real estate investors who have been Investing in real estate since 2006. Like many of their investors, they started with a small rental portfolio. They built and self-managed their rental portfolio. Then they transitioned to Commercial Real Estate. 
They first invested passively in 1200+ syndicated apartments across five states. In 2021 they became General Partners (GP) and now mentor other aspiring investors. By 2022, they had over >$290M multifamily portfolio under management, over 2900 apartments.
Maricela is a Navy veteran with a business degree and a thriving medical service business since 2015. Chris Linger has an MBA, twenty-seven years of active-duty Navy services (ret), and is now a full-time apartment syndicator. As serial entrepreneurs, they own and operate a 100% veteran-owned company focused on real estate asset management, equity raising, and private money lending. 
In addition, they successfully Joint venture with other specialized partners to acquire self-storage facilities and mobile home parks.

Jeff LeSaicherre is the founder of Fleur De Lis Law & Title. Jeff currently oversees 14 offices throughout Louisiana and Mississippi and is responsible for over 17,000 transactions of real estate ranging from $5,000 to $50,000,000. However, Jeff knows that the people are what make Fleur De Lis Law & Title great — not the numbers. 
Jeff is a dedicated donor to Options and dozens of other local charities. He was named among the Louisiana Super Lawyers Rising Stars List from 2012 to 2020 and is a partner in at least three joint ventures aside from Fleur De Lis. Jeff may not be saving the world, but he hopes to make it a little brighter in any way he can.
